I approach each investigation with clarity, integrity, respect and an understanding that investigations impact the lives of individuals at all levels of an organization. I draw on more than two decades of experience leading internal investigations for international tech, national healthcare and regional professional services organizations to ensure my clients can rely on the findings and conclusions I reach .
I enjoy developing and leading training sessions that help my clients comply with California’s mandatory harassment and bullying prevention requirements. I also conduct sessions that empower managers, HR professionals and teams to create respectful workplaces. And when needed, I conduct one-on-one remedial learning sessions.
When conflict arises in workplaces, I employ my listening and facilitation skills in conflict resolution sessions. I have created internal conflict resolution programs and facilitated sessions between employees at all organizations levels including c-suite individuals.
I am a licensed California attorney based in Marin County (just north of San Francisco). I practiced labor and employment law with the United States Postal Service and in private practice before focusing on conducting investigations, conflict resolution and leading trainings. I conducted 100s of internal investigations while at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and at Google-X.
I am a graduate of U.C. Law - San Francisco (formerly known as Hastings), the University of Hawaii - Manoa and the Kamehameha Schools. I am an AWI -Certificate Holder and a trained mediator.
